Kelly and Jackie at shelter, FFF

This is Kelly and Jackie, accepted by the late Ms Sabrina Yeap, before she passed on. Eversince then, I have been a frequent visitor and volunteer at the FFF. All the furkids there including the cats are truly super fine. FFF have a team work of committed, caring, committee members and volunteers that makes the FFF going to new level with its President Myza and Dawn working very hard together. Do come and visit all the lovely furkids at FFF when you are free. It will be an eye opener to your inner soul.

Kelly and Jackie.. the two brown siblings..

Thank God, Kelly and Jackie taken off from the streets..

Goodbye NeatNeat-my lovely cat

2010 to 2013..

My lovely and dear Neat Neat

This is Neat Neat.. she was a little stray at the back of my house.

Very shy and skinny. That was three years ago.

After helping her and spay and taking her in, she got along well and everything was well until Feb 26th evening. She rushed out to me when she saw my car came back. A fast speeding car came by and that was the end. She ran back to the house. Her whole body was well except bleeding in the nose and she passed on. So Sad .. Neat Neat always like to play hide and seek but at the sound or show of can food, she will hop into the cage. I missed her and I know she is in God’s safe hands. Love you my little Neat Neat. Thank you for being with me and being my furry friend. Miss you very much…

Little Orangy rescued from roundabout(Airport Rd)

I was on the way to work and saw this kitty at the curb of the round about. I made another round and she was still there. I stopped and picked  her up. Put in my car and made a u turn to intend to go to Paws. Upon arrival there, I could not find the kitten. The workers came to help me to find every part of my car but could not find. I continued to drive to work and once reached office, the meowing started. At last with help, we found the kitten at the back of the steering wheel and behind the dash board. She was frighted and shivering. I took home and look after for three weeks. She is now fat and good and happy. I surrender Orangy to Paws Animal Shelter. Today, Little orangy is being deworm and well.

I could not keep Orangy as I have ten cats (all rescued) with me and moreover since I am a frequent visitor to Paws,  I get to see Orangy too.

Blind Lost Dog and Found Again!(Mavy @ Goofy)

My friend (malay lady) Ms Malinda found this dog at 11pm on 15th Nov Thursday when she was in her rounds feeding the strays. This dog could not see the roti that was thrown to him. Instead  the dog was standing in the middle of the road admist the traffic at residentialmain road in Subang Jaya. She then rekoned that dog was blind as the car shine on dog and dog was oblivios of what was going on. She called me. As it  was near to my location, I went there to help. We managed to put the dog in the car and my friend allowed me to put dog in his place for the night. Ms Amy was so kind to allow dog to stay at her shop and fed the dog everyday. Doctor said the dog was blind (right eye 80 per cent blind and left eye 60per cent blind) Ms Malinda put posters everywhere to find the owner and at the same time we searched and asked many shelters/fosters/home.I personally prayed that Mavy, such a nice dog could go to his “home” again.

Tuesday, one doctor called. wife also doctor. After receiving evidence of video tape on dog (we named mavy) and meeting with the owner, and some questions, we released the dog the next day.

Doctor was attached to a hospital in the critical /emergency ward and had loved the dog for 10 years. The maid had carelessly let the dog run off. We have nothing to say about this but was glad that mavy (actually Goofy ) found back his family. Goofy was very happy and gave joyful barks when he  heard the owner’s voice.

Thanks to all friends who had offered to take in the dog and Ms Malinda’s kindness and also Amy’s kindness. May God bless you all many folds . Thank God for all friends that gave suport, advice and help during the 6 days when Goofy was with me and Malinda.

Goofy.. lost and found. ..We are glad Goofy that your family found you again… You are a good dog..

2 lucky pups adopted within 10 hours!!

It was still the Raya Holidays when  Kak Azni called me to help . 2 pups were rescued by her son at the roadside. Her neighbour decided to adopt but did keep long at all and wanted to return the next day. As Kak Azni herself have more than 10 rescued cats, the family could not keep the pups. I made a few calls the whole day here and there and found one adopter who had adopted one dog from me 4 years ago and the dog is still in good health and condition. So they were too glad to take the 2 pups. Kak Azni son bathed and de-tick the 2 pups before we handed to the two pretty gals.

I believe that in rescue work.. we do our best and let the AlMighty help us with the rest. He do the best for the animals too. Thanks Kak Azni and Mr Kumar…

So cute and lovely and May God bless you and your new family…

Rebecca – dedicated volunteer at Furry Friend Farm

This is Rebecca. She volunteers at FFF when Sabrina was with us.  I see Rebecca so dedicated on Sundays.Sabrina had introduced to me before she passed on. When Sabrina left us, then only did all the volunteers made efforts to exchange contact number .

Rebecca had left for Washington at the end of September. Her contract with an international medical company had expired. Before she went back to US, she made a final visit to FFF and I was happy to transport her to and fro from Ampang to Kundang.

Rebecca had rescued three pups and they are now safe at Kundang and are adult dogs now. See how all these pictures show such loving touch of Rebecca. May God bless you Sis Rebecca. Hope to see you back in Malaysia.

In Memory of Muffin Delsanto Chang

Little Muffin was a little shitzu with a big heart. I remember those days in my early days of doing rescue work, Muffin would sacrifice all her birthday gifts and presents and in turn her mummy would use the money to donate for spaying, neutering, or food for the strays and the needy cats and dogs. Little Muffin would be in the car when Ms Rena Chang would send the food to me.. Muffin would be very happy barking,  hopping in the car. Muffin had been a great supporter to many rescuers. Though her mum is busy with the work at the corporate level and at times left alone at home, Muffin is understanding and never made any demands on her mum. Muffin is remembered for her joy in helping other lesser furkids. I remember she as always lively, happy, and loves to relate to humans and curious as a cat to see my dogs  from the car window when Ms Rena come to deliver the dog food to me. Muffin had a great life on earth and shall it also be on heaven. We all dearly miss you and will always remember your big heart of gold for others. Muffin  you are a sweet gal and we cherish in our heart. We extend our comfort and thanks to Ms Rena Chang.

Muffin.. the pretty, kind, joyous little shitzu with heart of gold..

In Loving Memory of Muffin Delsanto Chang

20 June 2000 – 13 September 2012

When I first held you

You were the size of my palm

In life I loved you dearly

In death I love you the same

The memories of you will always fill my mind

In my heart you hold a special place

Until the day I meet you at the Rainbow Bridge

By the mummy.. Rena Chang.
